The Shade Chronicles Podcast is soliciting Sci Fi and horror short stories for our next season of podcasts coming later in 2025.

Stories featured in our podcast are dramatized readings with music and sound effects. Most stories are 10 to 15 minutes in length - approximately 2000 to 4000 words.

What we are looking for are Sci Fi and horror stories that are suited for our podcast. If your story is selected, we will use an AI reader and record the reading, then add music and sound effects. You will have a chance to review the final production of your story before we air it.

Also, we may ask you to be available by ZOOM for a short interview about your story since we do a commentary section at the end of the podcast to discuss the inspiration and ideas behind the stories featured.

At this time, there is no compensation for any stories contributed. You will retain the rights to your story. Your submission grants us the right to use your story in our podcast.
